The golden time of gaming is - Winning Eleven 3 Final Version, i believe it's one of the most beautiful thrilling games all the time...!! After a long years with no complete or proper English translated version for the Japanese Football Winning Eleven 3 Final Version, alongside the previous transliterated versions of the Winning Eleven 3 contain some glitches & errors, and as i experienced some teams rosters were hard to transliterate their players names into English - for instance, the World All Stars & the Euro All Stars.
Voilà... Here it comes now with new English Patch!
In this Patch you will find:
- League & Cup menus are translated from Japanese to English.
- All Teams rosters are transliterated from Japanese to English (except the Japanese national team).
- All Stars and Hidden Teams are UN-locked.
- Teams Captains names are written in CAPITAL letters.
- Players real names re-corrected.

ReplyDeleteYou should download the we3 files and the memory card option file without any due modifications, don't use any patching programs.

Thank you for the work done, the game is perfect! I have only one problem, I put the OF provided by you, when I play with the OF the formation of the team I choose is slightly wrong (for example if I take Brazil the formation module is different, Ronaldo is central defender and Roberto Carlos first striker) but this doesn't happen if I choose Brazil as opposing team (COM), when they are controlled by the COM the formations are in order, while if I select them for me I have to adjust them. Could you tell me why? In any case, could I play the patched game without the OF provided by you? Or would I run into an incomplete game? What changes the OF in addition to the already unlocked secret teams and the captain's name in capital letters?
